It is a truth universally acknowledged that a zombie in possession of brains must be in want of more brains.

According to online blogs, Lionsgate films is making a film adaption of their ridiculous book: Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. While there's not really any information about the film online, they have reportedly chosen Craig Gillespie as the director of the project. Gillespie was the director of the hilarious, and also ridiculous Lars and The Real Girl.
Lionsgate president Alli Shearmur said about the film, and director:
"His sensibility spans from genre bending horror to elegant character driven comedy, which is perfect for this movie. Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is precisely the kind of movie I came to Lionsgate to make: sophisticated yet youthful and edgy. Our movie will be all of those things — with zombies — and it will benefit enormously from Craig’s unique perspective."
